Course Schedule
PILATES 4–WEEK COURSE OR HALF HOUR INDUCTION

Unlike other classes it is important to understand and learn the principles of the Pilates technique before you attend our regular classes. Therefore we offer a half hour induction or a four week course

A Health Screening Questionnaire will be given out to all participants, please complete and return to the instructor by the first session. Once you have completed the four–week course or half hour induction you progress to our general classes.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks and bring a small towel. Shoes or trainers should not be worn.

KICKBOXING 4–WEEK INTRODUCTION COURSES

The kickboxing course includes a high intensity workout to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, improve coordination and tone the lower body, partner sparring, punches and upper body exercises to strengthen chest, shoulders and back, and core stability exercises focusing on toning and streamlining the abdominal and back muscles to help prevent back pain and improve posture.
