Spa

The Soma Centre at The Royal Garden Hotel is among the best holistic health centres in London, featuring a wide range of  beauty and massage treatments, drawn from both the East and West to provide both cosmetic and therapeutic benefits. Soma uses Thalgo products that incorporate the purest sea ingredients, rich in nutrients such as micronized marine algae. There are five treatment rooms available all specialising in different types of treatments for the face and body.

 
There is also a separate male/female steam and sauna, as well as on-site changing rooms.

On weekdays, The Soma Centre is open from 6.30am until 9pm (8pm on Fridays) and at weekends, from 9am to 4.30pm. Advance bookings are essential.

 

Face

Thalgo treatments utilise the riches of the sea to refine, tone, while purify, hydrate and firm the skin.
All Thalgo facials and body treatments begin with the  ‘Modelage de la Mer’ massage to ease tension.

In addition the luxurious beauty treatments and truly holistic body massages Soma also offers a range of Anti ageing treatments performed by one of London’s top facial specialists Joanne Evans and Dr Jules Nabet from Paris.

Body

Thalgo’s luxurious pampering range of treatments leaving you feeling like your skin has been on holiday. From buffing and polishing treatments to smooth away dead skin cells to detoxing marine algae wraps to leave skin feeling silky smooth and you feeling totally rejuvenated.
