Kick boxing and boxing Classes

The class teaches the fundamentals of Boxing, while at the same time, personal development through reinforcing the values associated with the sport such as; discipline, respect, self control, and positive self–image, pride and self–confidence.

Through understanding and learning the techniques associated with boxing, you will acquire a more positive sense of self confidence, self control and self image, enabling you to face many of life’s daily challenges in more optimistic and confident manner. Your sense of wellbeing and safety will also be enhanced helping you to sleep easier at night.

The class caters for the complete beginner to the experienced boxer; male and female, any age and fitness level. The feeling of satisfaction and achievement can be felt whenever you execute that perfect punch and is indescribable. There is nothing more rewarding after a stressful day than taking it all out with a session on the pads. You will take it as a form of relaxation and each session will nurture a character of self–motivation.
