The personal training studio offers

One to one training - individually designed programmes for people who have a specific goal or busy schedule and need more flexibility in training times to fit your lifestyle. A tailor made training session to improve your muscular strength, length and mobility.

Small groups - groups of three to six people with one instructor, providing individual attention and a more personalised service using the Total Gym equipment.

Gait analysis - everyone has a unique walking pattern based on physical biography, age, gender, lifestyle, occupation and cultural influences. When there is physical dysfunction, certain patterns emerge i.e. people with lower back pain tend to have an asymmetrical gait with decreased step length and speed. They will also have muscular imbalances that generate poor movement quality and range and inhibit quality of movement. This leads to low metabolic expenditure, thus using fewer calories. Assessment of your gait will analyse your postural habits and determine the root cause of your physical problems that could be preventing you from reaching your fitness goals.

Physiotherapy with exercise - for rehabilitation after a specific injury.

Pre and postnatal programmes – specific exercise for maintaining good posture during and after pregnancy.
