• Cancellation Policy: A 50% cancellation fee applies on all soma treatments cancelled within 24 hours
• Refund Policy: Soma does not under any circumstances give refunds on 6 or 12 Frequent User Cards or Unlimited User Cards
• The soma centre requires all clients to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire prior to using any of its facilities or services and does not take any responsibility for client injuries or accidents while at the centre
