Class Description

YOGA - Yoga is excellent for all levels of fitness and ages and can help improve conditions like asthma, chronic back pain and insomnia.  Soma offers a variety of Yoga classes like, Iyengar, Sivananda and Ashtanga. All the Yoga classes focus on the ‘Asanas’ physical poses and postures, the ‘Pranayama’ the breathing techniques and relaxation techniques.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
This class is designed for people who have never tried Yoga before providing a general overview of all the different Yoga styles and techniques.

 

 

 

 

 

PRE AND POSTNATAL PILATES AND YOGA
These classes are specially designed to get your figure back after birth. Once you have had your six - week check you and baby can come along and start focusing on re-aligning the spine, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, toning the abdominal muscles and burning off the excess fat.
